We offer a 30-day refund policy on most items. Please review the details below to ensure eligibility.

✅ Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

The item was not custom-made or personalized (see exceptions below).

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved urns, fingerprint jewelry, printed memorial cards).

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

📦 Return Process

Contact our support team at eternalkreations22@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization number.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
